Offerings at a glance…
A private one-hour yoga class tailored to your needs. This practice may include restorative poses using props, strengthening exercises, working on pelvic stability, breathing and meditation practices. We will work together to tailor this practice to you and your pregnancy. Partners welcome.
Each postpartum visit is 3 hours long, and the type of support will vary depending on the family receiving care. Support can range from caring for your newborn, caring for the birthing parent, housework and chores, to meal preparation and beyond.
A specialized, floor-based massage technique that caters to the unique needs of pregnant women. By applying pressure to specific points on the body using fingers, palms, and thumbs, we will stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities and promote an overall feeling of wellbeing. This massage therapy technique can help relieve stress, improve circulation, relieve back and pelvic pain, and enhance relaxation.
